We're looking for a passionate customer support specialist to join our team in Berlin. At the moment we are mainly working from home and even after the pandemic we will make sure to meet your needs regarding the location you will be working from.
Interact with our German-speaking customers via chat, email & telephone
Be the voice of our customers when working with internal stakeholders in marketing and product development
You like to help customers, both in writing and on the phone
You are curious, solution-oriented and interested in learning new processes
You enjoy working as part of a team, while taking on responsibilities from the get-go
You speak and write German on a native-Speaker level
You can communicate comfortably in English
You'll work on exciting tasks in a fast-growing company.

You won't have to work on weekends, as your working hours will be within Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
