Our Front Desk Officer is the first face our guests see and the one who makes the first impression. Our Front Desk Officer is a crucial factor in the success of making our guests feel comfortable and our employees well cared for. You intrinsically understand the importance of first impressions? You will be in charge of welcoming people. Whether it’s for an interview, for the day, or our new joiners at the beginning of their Sumup-Journey. You have a clear overview of the Office-Management processes. Everyone knows that you have all the answers and will help with your knowledge.
What you’ll do
You are tending to guests' complaints, questions and providing exceptional customer service, providing all necessary info, and making them feel at home. Whilst maintaining our front desk and the office with supplies and equipment. You are in charge of all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails. Of course as part of Office Management you also perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
Most importantly though you anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines as well as liaise with Candidate Experience and Onboarding teams.
You’ll be great for this role

You are hands on and have a solving mindset.
You are experienced in a hospitality-related field ideally as front desk manager or front desk supervisor
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
