POS Support Agent French - Are you keen?
As part of the Merchant Growth & Services Tribe, the SumUp POS system serves over 3000 active monthly subscribers gravitating towards the SumUp Eco-System as their sole provider of business solutions. Featuring an accessible cloud platform and a modular hardware setup, the SumUp POS package offers a legally compliant checkout system, empowering our merchants to operate and expand their business through a tailored experience.
In this role, you’ll act as the main point of contact for our Point of Sale client list.
What you’ll do
Establish and nurture long-lasting working relationships with clients who are excited to make the most of their premium subscription service.
Handle merchant queries relating to hardware and software setup, as well as account management
Advise merchants on how to maximise their returns on the product.
Collaborate with the POS Projects Team (Support Coordinators, Product Managers, Operations and Sales) to maintain our client database and ensure accuracy.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our main POS products and features, and become involved in product testing.
You’ll be great for this role if
You’re passionate about SumUp, and you know the platform inside and out.
You have excellent language skills (verbally and written) in English and French. German would be a big plus!
You’re consumer-focused and enjoy communicating with our merchants over the phone and via email.
You love testing the latest SumUp products, including our hardware and apps.
You’re flexible and adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
You’re resourceful and happy to work independently, but also a strong collaborator.
You’ll be part of an international, highly motivated team with rapid decision making processes
