Team Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and organised Compensation & Benefits Analyst to analyze our incentive structures. As a part of our People team in Europe, you will evaluate our total compensation packages by analyzing roles, employees’ experience and responsibilities, by doing a comparative analysis by region and industry, and by taking the company's financial performance into consideration. You will develop compensation & benefits packages for newly created positions across all our offices in Europe. You will grow the hiring and employee retention programs.
What you’ll do
Evaluate positions and analyze job requirements to ensure that we are competitive in the areas compensation and employee benefits
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys and use data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
Benchmark jobs against compensation survey data and other market intelligence sources to determine competitive salary ranges for each position and update them on a regular basis
Administer SumUp’s long term incentive plans
Participate in annual budgeting and performance review processes
Review a wide range of relevant internal compensation data to ensure SumUp’s reward philosophy and practices are aligned with our company values
You’ll be great for this position if
You have at least 2+ years of work experience as a Compensation Analyst (or closely related experience in the field of data analysis)
Proficient with MS Office Excel and have experience of working with HRIS systems
You know how to engage relevant stakeholders and have a hands on attitude
You’re fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You have a high degree of professional ethics and integrity
You’re organised, analytical, pragmatic, solution-orientated and able to prioritise and execute projects in an ever-changing environment
You’re self-driven, detail-oriented and adept at time management with excellent problem solving skills
You’re able to analyse situations and information quickly, and confident escalating issues when appropriate
