Global Head of People Development - Berlin
As SumUp continues to grow and scale, we need to ensure that we support the development of individual SumUppers and leaders. To create a resilient and scalable organization, we also need to build effective feedback and growth processes, as well as a robust way to identify high potential talent across the organisation. As a result, we’re looking for a Global Head of People Development to join our People Leadership team.
What you’ll do
Create and run leadership development programs for leaders at all levels globally
Continuously improve the Performance and Development processes at SumUp
Run the quarterly employee eNPS survey, providing expert support to understanding results and action points
Create a great onboarding experience for new employees
Identify opportunities for leadership development, streamlining and optimising existing programmes
You’ll be great for this role if
You have substantial experience designing and implementing world class talent development programmes in a rapidly growing global tech company.
You have experience building and leading a Learning and Development team, helping them fulfil their personal career ambitions.
You have a broad knowledge of talent management platforms and technologies.
You have a deep understanding of Performance and Development methodologies and processes for technology companies.
You are strongly data-oriented and can use data to tell stories.
