Global Head of Total Rewards
As Global Head of Total Rewards, you’ll play a key role in leading the strategy, design and development of our reward offering on a global basis. You’ll work with the existing Reward Teams in Europe and Brazil and report to our Chief People Officer. This function will ensure that our approach to rewards is best-in-class to help us attract and retain top talent.

What you’ll do
Develop an effective and agile team structure
Review existing compensation, benefit, mobility and other total rewards structures and policies
Align with leadership on global expansion plans, in order to develop an effective and competitive strategy for compensation in new geographies
Partner with other People disciplines such as Talent Acquisition and People Partner teams to ensure strategic alignment
Effectively scale our culture as our organisation continues to grow
Set OKRs and hold the team accountable
Create, socialise and execute Sumup’s Total Reward strategy
Implement tools, processes and programmes that support a fast-growing global organization
Proactively understand market trends and provide guidance to the People Team and business leaders on all matters relating to compensation, benefits and wellness
Enable data-driven decision making possible through the right tools
