Liaise with employees and various internal stakeholders to set people up for success in terms of relocation.
Make sure SumUp stays up to date and compliant on all immigration matters and maintain our relation with external authorities, such as BIS, Berlin Partner, ….
Be able to continuously strive for improvement and keep up with industry best practices.
What you are bringing to the table:
You are an excellent communicator with active listening and interpersonal skills.
You are speaking German on a native level (you'll have to deal with all authorities related to relocation) and you are able to express yourself in English towards employees and external providers.
You love working with people and care about great employee experiences.
You know how to prioritise to meet deadlines and know when to ask for support.
You have experience with relocations, are up to date with the latest law changes and know exactly which work permit's gonna be the right one for our employees.
You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters.
What would make you successful at SumUp?
