As our People Analytics Lead, you’ll work to bring digital innovation to our HR team, taking the best from our HR tools to create an environment of automated processes and quality data insights.
As our People Analytics Lead, you will:
Integrate and improve our HR tools;
Design processes that ensure a good employee experience and data quality;
Create reports and dashboards with people data;
Define KPIs and support the leadership with data driven decisions;
Work on integrations with Finance and BI systems;
Solve business problems with people data.
You'll be a great fit for this position if:
You love working with people as much as you love data;
You have analytic skills, such as Excel, basic programming, workflows configuration and Tableau;
You are experienced in project management and have a good track record in digital implementation projects;
You are able to express yourself in English towards employees and external providers;
Experience with HRIS systems is big a plus;
You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters.
