Our SumUp office in Berlin is currently hiring for the position of People Partner (HRBP) to join our Global People Team.
You will be in the driver's seat of our Agile transformation working closely with management and employees in Berlin to improve team dynamics, effectiveness and engagement.
You will get to know the business inside out and create HR strategies to improve SumUp.
You will advise & decide on the best course of action for different team issues that arise.
You will jump into the data and help to make data-driven plans for improvements.
You will contribute to the creation of scalable global solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced environment.
You should bring an international mindset to our team consisting of 12 nationalities.
Sound generalist HR experience at advisor evel
Specialist experience of German Labour Law and Employee Relations is desirable
You’ll have strong business acumen and a data-driven approach
You can coach and advise Leaders on people-related matters and connect business needs with people strategies
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
