Senior People Partner

Our SumUp office in Berlin is currently hiring for the position of Senior People Partner (HRBP) to join our Global People Team and embed yourself within our engineering and product teams.
You will be in the driver's seat of our Agile transformation working closely with management and employees in Berlin to improve team dynamics, effectiveness and engagement.
You will get to know the business inside out and create People strategies to improve SumUp.
You will advise & decide on the best course of action for different team issues that arise.
You will jump into the data and help to make data-driven plans for improvements.
You will contribute to the creation of scalable global solutions in a fast growing environment.
The People Team
As part of the global People team, you will help us build one of the best companies to work for in the world. Our mission starts with Talent Acquisition, a team that aims to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while selecting SumUp as their next employer. When candidates become SumUpers, our Employee Experience team makes sure they have an engaging work environment where they feel comfortable to experiment and innovate. Alongside our People Development team, they guide SumUpers through their learning journeys, allowing them to unlock their full potential.
Experienced as HRBP in a fast-paced environment.
You should bring an international mindset to our team consisting of 12+ nationalities.
Sound generalist HR experience at advisor level, proposing and implementing bold changes in the organization.
Specialist experience of German Labour Law and Employee Relations is a plus
You can coach our team leads.
Fluent English is a must and German is a plus.
