As a Senior Tech Sourcer, you’ll join our global People team, helping us build one of the best companies in the world to work for. Our mission starts with Talent Acquisition, a team that aims to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while getting to know SumUp.
The Talent Acquisition team is currently made up of people from 12 different countries, and we’re growing and diversifying each month. We’re split across 4 main locations – Berlin, São Paulo, Sofia and Chile. We are key supporters of SumUp’s ongoing Agile transformation, helping stakeholders approach their hiring needs in an agile manner.
What you’ll do
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers from Engineering, Hardware, Design and Product to build healthy pipelines and ensure talent density for SumUp critical roles
Own sourcing initiatives in diverse areas: talent mapping, engagement strategies, sharing best practices in proactive search with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting diversity and inclusion via prospecting, boosting other channels such as the referral program
Work on continuous improvements of sourcing metrics, such as response, conversion and pass rates
Promote our company, core values and mission via prospecting
Mentor members of recruiting team and other departments on the best practices in proactive search and converting cold prospects to the candidates
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 4+ years of experience in recruitment with a good portion of your time proactively searching
You bring passion and curiosity to discover hard-to-find talent
You take ownership in implementing new initiatives based on data
Your hiring stakeholders see you as a true advisor
You provide excellent domain expertise across various fields, with insightful understanding of market conditions and latest trends
You demonstrate expert status on search techniques, tools, and channels and provide a strategic vision on how to improve existing search techniques to get more people into the funnel
