As a Talent Acquisition Partner at SumUp, you will play a key role in our mission to build a successful, agile and healthy organisation where individuals and teams thrive.
Our Talent Acquisition team is currently made up of people from 10+ different countries, and we’re growing and diversifying each month. We’re split across 4 main locations - Berlin, São Paulo, Sofia, and Chile. We are key supporters of SumUp’s ongoing agile transformation, helping stakeholders approach their hiring needs in an agile manner.
You’ll take ownership of the full lifecycle of our hiring process with a focus on positive candidate experience. You’ll be the single point of contact to your hiring managers, driving initiatives and making sure our company values are at the forefront of every hiring decision.
What you’ll do
Partner with team managers to hire for a variety of roles
Be a cultural gatekeeper for our company - making sure that as we continue to grow, we bring in not only the best people but people that live and breathe our values
Keep up to date with market trends and new channels of recruitment
Create sourcing strategies and engage with local professional communities
Collaborate with the team to ensure talent acquisition data is accurate - we use Greenhouse as our applicant tracking system
Work closely with other acquisition teams across the globe on projects and initiatives to ensure continuous optimisation and development of the team, our processes, and SumUp’s future development
You’ll be great for this role if
You have several years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency side with a focus on Marketing/Commercial/Corporate roles
You have strong interviewing skills - behavioural and technical interviews are part of your daily life
You are a team player and thrive in an environment where change is the only constant
You have experience managing relationships with a variety of different stakeholders
Candidates love you and hiring managers consider you their recruitment counsellor
You’re knowledgeable about sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, events, and Boolean searches
You are results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruiting
You have fluency in English
