VP of Organisational Effectiveness
As VP of Organisational Effectiveness, you’ll play a key role in improving the performance and effectiveness of the business on a global scale. You’ll oversee People Development, People Tech and People Operations and report to our Chief People Officer. Together, these functions will form the backbone that supports the scalability and performance of our People Teams company-wide.

What you’ll do
Develop an effective and agile structure for the team
Build and optimise the People Tech, People Analytics and People Development infrastructure that will form the backbone of the organization and help us scale
Effectively scale our culture as our organisation continues to grow
Implement leadership development initiatives to enable further growth
Enable data driven-decision making
Collaborate with managers to identify issues and find solutions
Set OKRs and hold the team accountable
You’ll be great for this role if
You’ve worked in Leadership Development in the context of fast-growing, new-age companies and have a background as a People Partner.
You’ve worked in multi-national and diverse environments.
You have experience in identifying and implementing HR tech to address a variety of issues and needs.
You’ve built and implemented career development and progression frameworks.
You possess excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
You have a passion for solving business problems.
You have strong data literacy and analytical skills.
You’re a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
You’re an empathic bridge-builder with an ability to understand different perspectives and translate for others.
You’re reliable, with sound judgment and a sense for picking the right battles at the right time.
