In this role you will help us to take our people processes to a new level, while ensuring that the employees' information are always accurate. Improving our HR tools will be your mission. Providing insights and new ideas based on data will also be expected from you.
As our HRIS Manager, you will:
Manage Workday projects and develop new features;
Work in integrations between Workday and other tools used by the company;
Continuously define and improve HR processes;
Generate reports and insights using people data;
Train other areas of the company to use our HR tools autonomously;
Help the whole organization to extract the best performance from our tools;
You'll be a great fit for this position if:
You love working with people as much as you love data;
You have strong experience with Workday integrations and reporting;
Strong analytical skills;
You are able to express yourself in English towards employees and external providers;
You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters.
