Payroll Partner - on-site

As a Payroll Partner, you will play an important role in ensuring that our German payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations with support from Senior Payroll Specialists for three German entities

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues via our Ticketing system

  • Partner with internal teams, including Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Accounting, to ensure correct payroll data is received and maintained

  • Ensure compliance with German payroll laws and regulations and support the Global Payroll team in this effort

  • Communicate with external providers, such as health insurances and our pension provider, to ensure timely and accurate information exchange

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

  • Excellent proficiency in German and English

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) working with payroll systems, operations, and processes

  • Understanding of German payroll legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements

  • Experience with HRIS tools 

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex situations 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
