The TA Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing high-volume recruitment strategies, ensuring the efficient and timely hiring of top talent for Field Sales roles. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while optimising large-scale hiring processes. The TA Delivery Lead plays a key role in ensuring speed, efficiency, and consistency in recruitment, while fostering an engaging candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end high-volume hiring for Field Sales, ensuring alignment with aggressive business growth targets. This includes leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing TA team, ensuring they are well-versed in Field Sales processes, tools, culture, and ways of working to effectively support hiring needs.
Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire high volumes of candidates efficiently.
Monitor and improve hiring performance through data-driven insights, optimising time-to-fill, conversion rates, and overall process efficiency.
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs, ensure seamless execution of large-scale hiring initiatives, and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and career development for team members.
Maintain transparency and accountability across all stakeholders by providing regular data-driven insights and reporting.
Enhance candidate experience in high-volume hiring by ensuring structured, engaging, and efficient recruitment processes.
Drive employer branding and sourcing initiatives tailored for high-volume talent attraction, ensuring a strong and continuous talent pipeline.
Build and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conduct regular team reviews to drive performance and engagement.
Manage the hiring and reallocation of TA team members as needed, ensuring the right capabilities are in place to support high-volume hiring demands.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in Field Sales or similar roles.
Strong team leadership experience, including mentoring, performance management, and talent development.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and optimize recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and large-scale hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment automation tools.
Knowledge of bulk sourcing techniques, assessment methodologies, and high-volume recruitment best practices.
Exposure to diversity and inclusion initiatives within large-scale hiring is a plus.
