Sales Operation Manager
About the role
As a Sales Operation Manager, you’ll be part of a cross-functioning POS cash-register team, with its own marketing, sales, logistics and operation structure. You’ll play a key role in directing the sales organisation toward strategic goals and operational effectiveness. You’ll own the sales process and bring new solutions, tools, and initiatives to help the team achieve a 10x growth.
What you’ll do
Become a key driver in scaling up the business and ensuring our future growth
Take ownership of daily operational tasks for Sales, including but not limited to reviewing and facilitating billing, accounting, dunning process
Support the sales team with processes, tools, and practices to ensure 10x scaling
Through the use of data and reports, you’ll supply feedback to help optimise the team’s operational performance, assess processes and take action
Together with the Sales team lead, you’ll help to set key performance targets, that will ultimately play a large role in determining the success of SumUp sales
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 5+ years’ experience working in Sales, Business Development and/or Operations.
You’ve worked in a fast-growing organisation and are comfortable making quick decisions.
You value ownership, have a founder’s mentality and are numbers-driven in your decisions.
You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
You have experience with SalesForce, SAP and BI tools.
You feel comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
