Sales Operation Manager 

About the role

As a Sales Operation Manager,  you’ll be part of a cross-functioning POS cash-register team, with its own marketing, sales, logistics and operation structure. You’ll play a key role in directing the sales organisation toward strategic goals and operational effectiveness. You’ll own the sales process and bring new solutions, tools, and initiatives to help the team achieve a 10x growth.

What you’ll do

  • Become a key driver in scaling up the business and ensuring our future growth

  • Take ownership of daily operational tasks for Sales, including but not limited to reviewing and facilitating billing, accounting, dunning process

  • Support the sales team with processes, tools, and practices to ensure 10x scaling

  • Through the use of data and reports, you’ll supply feedback to help optimise the team’s operational performance, assess processes and take action

  • Together with the Sales team lead, you’ll help to set key performance targets, that will ultimately play a large role in determining the success of SumUp sales

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have 5+ years’ experience working in Sales, Business Development and/or Operations.

  •  You’ve worked in a fast-growing organisation and are comfortable making quick decisions.

  • You value ownership, have a founder’s mentality and are numbers-driven in your decisions.

  • You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.

  • You have experience with SalesForce, SAP and BI tools.

  • You feel comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
