As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) in the Online Payments Tribe, you’ll be part of the team supporting SumUp’s Business growth by providing a scalable, secure and global Online Payments Platform which will facilitate all Card not Present (CNP) transactions - meeting the Online Payments needs of our customers and enabling them to grow.
We are rebuilding our platform using the latest technology and we want you to help us raise the bar and drive these changes.
Deliver: prioritise and organize backlog to drive impact, track and drive squads OKRs
Discover: Identify opportunities of improving our payments platform to fullfull needs of our internal teams and merchants/partners
Partnering: identify pain points and keep stakeholders involved
Participate in agile team rituals, bring the product point of view and voice of the merchant to the table
Understand impact of the team, track and share successes/failures
You have 5+ years experience in product management in leading international tech companies
You have a technical degree e.g. in computer science
You have strong experience in the payments industry
You have a "customer first" attitude: Experience in leading problem discovery to solution implementation
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights to make the right business decisions
You have lots of drive and a "can do" attitude
You have e-commerce experience in either marketplaces, platform providers or pure players
You will work in a truly global team of 2000+ people from 60+ countries, spread across 3 continents.
You'll attend global offsites and regular team events.
