SumUp sells its solutions in over 3200 brick and mortar retail stores like MediaMarkt and Metro and online using ecommerce platforms like Amazon. Retail is one of SumUp's strategic acquisition channels to acquire new merchants. As the Retail Team’s Operations Manager you’ll be the backbone of our retail operations.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate collaboration and alignment between our Commercial Retail Team and our Hardware, Logistics and Supply Chain Team
Drive constant improvements of our retail operations while developing and coordinating long term optimisations of retail processes
Manage stock, production planning and forecasting, distribution, supplier contracts and item/SKU/certification
Streamline RMA and order processes
You’ll be great for this role if**:**
You have 8+ years of experience in retail operations, supply chain and logistics or similar and have a track record in project management.
You have excellent English communication skills, additional languages are a plus.
You're self-driven and excited about designing new processes and optimising existing ones.
Your amazing people skills can build bridges between departments for effective collaboration.
You have experience working in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
You're quick to learn, can adapt to change and thrive in high-pressure situations.
