Working within the Sales and Partnerships, Demand Generation team, this role requires a self-starter with an understanding of email marketing automation systems within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess programming knowledge; have a background in CSS, HTML and web platforms; is highly organized, task-and-detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
The CRM Manager (Marketing Automation Specialist) is primarily responsible for coding, testing and deploying emails, landing pages and web forms to drive lead nurturing and lead conversion. They will be responsible for the production of HTML email campaigns, carrying out development, implementation, QA, deployment, metrics measurement/reporting and maintenance that support our marketing automation ambitions.

What you’ll do.
Code, test, and deploy emails, landing pages, and forms;
Database segmentation using SQL
Troubleshoot email campaign performance for technical issues
Work with internal team to manage email calendar, schedule campaigns and ensure that marketing campaign tactics are deployed within aggressive timelines.
Monitor and maintain email deliverability and list integrity.
Measure the performance of programmes and workflows and provide timely insights.
Perform regular operational checkups, monitoring campaign health and database management.
Deliver insights that help the team to convert more prospects
Analyse data to produce insights that will help the team to boost ROI
Collaborate across different departments, teams, and marketing channels.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
You’ll be great for this position if
Min 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua - ideally with Marketing Cloud certification.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of detail and accuracy.
Can assimilate quickly to new tools and technology.
