As our Partner Management Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in managing long-lasting strategic partners across all of SumUp’s operating countries in Europe. With a growth mindset, you’ll engage with headline B2B partnerships, while managing team members and driving the team’s development.
What you'll do
Drive SumUp's Partner Management function across the EU by defining a vision and go-to-market strategy for the region
Leverage marketing experience to develop growth strategies and scale a portfolio of existing partners
Analyse data/internal reports to assess campaign performance and optimise
Manage an international relationship management team, coaching them to become greater engagement experts
Identify and execute hiring needs for the team
You'll be great for this position if you have:
You have 8+ years of experience working in B2B Marketing/Business Development.
You have strong experience in managing, coaching, and leading regional (EU) and large teams (10+).
You have experience in campaign management and performance marketing tracking.
You’re fluent in English. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
You have great presentation and analytical skills, and strong business acumen.
You’re self-driven, proactive, persistent, pragmatic and have a can-do attitude.
You’re happy to be based in Berlin, but to travel up to 20-25% of the time.
