The Sales Operations Lead role sits in our Berlin office and reports to the Head of Sales & Partnerships. You’ll play a key role in contributing to our ambitious goals of building a scalable Sales Organisation across SumUp’s European market. The Sales Operations team helps enable the efficiency, scaling and profitability of SumUp partner and merchant facing teams.
What you’ll do:
You will have the opportunity to plan, map and create the optimum operational strategy for a rapidly growing Sales organisation.
Empower Cashflow & Contact Management, alongside an ongoing CRM (SalesForce) redesign and end-to-end operational improvement projects for Sales
Manage the increasing operational needs of a growing Sales team whilst working alongside many internal organisational stakeholders
Coach and develop team members to improve their operational project management skills
Analyse data, reports and perform stakeholder feedback sessions to help optimise the team’s operational performance, assess processes and take action
Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Partnerships to set Sales Operational targets and be accountable for the team’s performance
You’ll be great for this role if
You have solid experience working in Sales, Business Development and/or Operations, with time spent in a leadership role.
You have experience designing and managing sales infrastructure and tools.
You’re self-driven, proactive and detail orientated.
You have complex project management experience
You’re comfortable communicating and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
You have excellent presentation and English language skills - both verbal and written
You live in or are willing to relocate to Berlin.
