Senior Online Marketing Manager (Sales and Partnerships)
SumUp’s Marketing team is composed of two main pillars. The first includes Public Relations, Brand and Product Marketing, the guardians of SumUp’s corporate identity and product branding. The goal of this pillar is to make SumUp’s brand known to the world and empower our teams to become true ambassadors of our products and company. The second pillar, Acquisition, has the goal to acquire new merchants and partners and increase SumUp’s net revenue worldwide.
Within Acquisition, our Sales and Partnerships team works with strategic partners and merchants to grow our business in various customer segments, sometimes in totally new unexplored industries and merchant types. The core objective will be to drive the required volume of high quality leads, through strategically placed and creatively designed online marketing campaigns, to enable our sales teams to achieve their goals.
Our SumUp office in Berlin is now hiring for the position of Senior Online Marketing Manager - Sales and Partnerships
What you’ll be doing in this position
This role is all about generating leads for the sales team.
You have experience in B2B online marketing, specifically lead generation.
You will develop, lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram; Google and Bing Search; Youtube, and Native Advertising channels (i.e. Taboola, Outbrain).
You will be utilising and leading conversion optimizations initiatives.
You will collaborate with regional growth marketers to define and implement digital plans.
You will monitor campaigns to ensure the accounts are pacing well relative to budgets and targets.
You'll identify new growth opportunities and build strategies that allow us to execute on these.
You'll identify and share trends and insights with stakeholders and the entire company.
You'll provide mentorship and guidance to aid the growth of the team.
You have 6+ years of experience in performance-based marketing
You have great attention to detail and are data driven
You have excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Tableau etc.) and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources
You have strong knowledge and prior usage of tools, specifically Linkedin Campaign Manager, as well as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube) and Native advertising platforms (i.e. Taboola, Outbrain).
You have the ability to work across multiple cultures and support local digital needs
You have excellent oral and written English communication and skills.
