The Senior Technical Implementation role will sit in our Berlin office and report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships to play a key role in contributing to our ambitious goals to build a scalable Sales Organisation across all of SumUp’s operating countries. The Technical Implementation team drives SumUp for Developers (https://developer.sumup.com/), our SDK & API product suite available globally to SumUp partners and merchants to integrate. Having a strong Information Technology background, attention to detail and a love of mobile development, along with the ability to work independently and execute is key to success in the role. You will be expected to engage on a daily basis with external developers and support them throughout the stages of the implementation process.
What you’ll be doing in this position
You'll set the vision and build a team of tech savvy individuals to manage daily technical troubleshooting tasks, including use case validation and pre-sales in collaboration with our Sales Team;
You'll create and manage processes to support the increasing QA needs of an expanding integrated partner portfolio;
You'll consume data, reports and supply feedback to help manage the team’s integrated partners’ performance, assess processes and take action!
You have a minimum of 5-8 years of work experience working in Tech Support, Sales Engineering and/or Tech Operations;
You are self-driven, proactive, detail-driven, pragmatic and have a can-do attitude.
Experience with technical documentation and mobile development is preferred;
You have excellent presentation and language skills (verbally and written) in English. Fluency in additional European languages is considered a plus English - you'll be part of a truly global company!
You must be willing to be located in Berlin full-time with occasional travel.
