As our Team Lead Key Account Management, you’ll lead a group of highly motivated individuals who activate, grow and retain SumUp’s Key Accounts. You’ll play a critical role in building long-lasting business relationships across all of SumUp’s operating countries in Europe. You will drive customer retention and YoY growth of SumUp’s largest customers. You’ll think outside the box to make things happen for our key accounts.
What you’ll do
Drive the Key Account Management portfolio, which consists of high-value customers using SumUp’s services across Europe
Analyse data and internal reports to uncover new opportunities and increase customer value via growth initiatives of existing accounts
Manage the growing Key Account team, and coach team members to become expert business consultants and relationship managers
Alongside the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll set team targets and be the owner of your team’s performance
Define additional hiring needs for the team
Seek ways to develop existing team members and to grow the team
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 8-10 years of experience working in Key Account Management or Customer Success for end users.
You have experience in managing, coaching, and leading a team.
You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
You have excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in additional European languages is considered a plus.
You have unparalleled people skills - together with your team, you will be creating a "wow" experience for our high-value customers.
You have a can-do attitude - you are self-driven, proactive and persistent.
You are willing to be located in Berlin full-time.
