What you’ll do

  • You will manage the order flow for all our SumUp Sales channels, from Back Office to Front Office. 

  • You will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery by coordinating inventory, documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • You will be the single point of contact for all Logistics operations for our retailers and distributors all across Europe and the UK. You will own the process end to end, from the moment the order is placed until the moment is delivered.

  • You will work with our different Sales teams to help the partners thrive providing logistics support for their operations. 

  • You will be a key stakeholder for organising and managing our Logistics operations for online marketplaces.

  • You will be the point of escalation for our Support team for any Logistics related topic, helping resolve any issues as quickly as possible, being their bridge to many different teams: accounting, IT, engineering, etc.

  • You will be the eyes of the company when it comes to Logistics, providing visibility on inventory, transport and warehousing topics. 

You'll be a great fit for this position if:

  • You have previous experience working with Logistics topics.

  • You have a basic understanding of transport, inventory, warehousing and reverse logistics coming from previous experience in a Logistics related position. 

  • You have analytical mind and attention to details for reporting and simple data analysis. 

  • You have good knowledge in Excel.

  • You have knowledge in SalesForce.
