As a Logistics Specialist, you will manage and coordinate order flow across channels, optimizing logistics, distribution, and transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:
Manage the order flow for all SumUp Sales channels, from Back Office to Front Office
Process orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery by managing inventory, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
Act as the single point of contact for Logistics operations across Europe and the UK, owning the process end-to-end for our retailers and distributors
Support Sales teams, channels and partners by providing logistics expertise and operational assistance, managing operations across multiple networks
Coordinate logistics operations for online marketplaces and serve as the escalation point for Support teams, ensuring swift issue resolution
You'll be a great fit for this position if:
Previous experience in executing logistics tasks
Strong understanding of transport, inventory management, warehousing, and reverse logistics from a logistics-related role
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail for reporting and basic data analysis
Proficient in Excel with the ability to manage and analyze data effectively
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Oracle
