About the role
As a Senior Quality Manager you will join the Supply Chain part of the broader Hardware team.
You will be responsible for assuring quality in all phases of the manufacturing value stream - from raw material supply to customers' utilization.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and leading a Product Quality Specialist.
The role is based on-site in our office in Berlin. We believe in the power of face-to-face conversations that happen organically when working next to one another.
About the team
You have probably used our card readers to buy a cappuccino or pay your hairdresser already. In doing so, we deal with a diverse range of engineering topics - industrial and electronic design, embedded systems, all the way to mobile apps and backend services.

What you’ll do:
Track external customer Quality issues, e.g. concerns, rejections, PPM, and 8D problem solving, and investigate root causes of product issues
Assist in daily review of production quality performance to achieve effective and efficient production of quality parts
Manage the execution of quality initiatives and corrective and preventive action across all value streams to achieve strategic quality objectives
Maintain an effective PPAP submission process that ensures timely and accurate part qualification for customers
Take ownership of the internal quality management system audit process
You’ll be great for this position if you:
You have experience in product quality, process quality and certification.
You have experience in one of the following fields: electronics, automotive or manufacturing.
You’ve experience in leading teams, defining team strategy, processes and objectives.
You have working knowledge of automotive industry core tools (AIAG - APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.)
You have experience with ISO9001 certification
You are familiar with quality assurance problem solving tools (E.g. 5-Why, Cause & Effect Diagrams, DOE, 8D, etc.)
