Revenue Operations Specialist \[Boulder, CO\]
Who you are:
SumUp is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to join the SumUp team in the Boulder office. You will support the sales teams, which includes inside reps, field sales reps, and account managers. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, proactive, and resourceful. The Revenue Operations Specialist will have administered and gathered data from a variety of tools in a SaaS-focused revenue tech stack, including Salesforce (and its proprietary products), Gong, Chili Piper, Marketing Cloud, and LeanData. You should be able to extract data from these tools and/or Tableau, analyze the data, and produce actionable insights for our sales leadership.
This is an in-office position in Boulder, CO
What you’ll do:
Own our revenue operations tech stack, including administration, adoption, reporting, optimization, and modifying existing or negotiating new contracts
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to use our tools to support cross-functional initiatives
Come up with best practices and work with our Learning + Development team to disseminate information
Build automated reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with sales leadership and other stakeholders
Produce ad-hoc reports as needed for sales leaders
Assist in managing and planning sales territories
What we're looking for:
2-5 years in revenue or marketing operations in a high-growth sales environment
Deep experience creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce, bonus points for admin capabilities
Experience with a revenue or marketing tech stack that includes Chili Piper, LeanData, and Gong
Experience analyzing data, building dashboards, and providing insights
Highly proficient in spreadsheets
Can manage multiple projects at once
A resourceful, proactive self-starter who learns quickly and can adapt to change
Someone who lives to meet deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fintech, SaaS, or point of sale experience is a plus

Compensation:
$75k-$90k
Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience
