Senior CRM Manager - Consumer Mission

If you feel like one of these people, our office in Cologne is hiring for the position of an Senior CRM Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Generate a complete understanding of our customers’ behaviors and needs to leverage up-sell and customer engagement opportunities.

  • Design and implement an engaging user journey based on data and insights: you’ll make sure that our customers receive the right message at the right time on the right channel, while not overlapping with other campaigns

  • Run campaigns using email, push, in-app messages and new channels as part of cross channel go to market plans

  • Measure the results and effectiveness of campaigns and experiments, and present these insights to help the team improve it’s strategies and performance

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working in CRM, ideally in a high growth environment

  • You’re passionate about CRM and have a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of regular CRM tools.

  • You excel at project management from conceptualization to driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives and delivering analysis and recommendations.

  • You’re fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • You have good knowledge in HTML and CSS. Experience with SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Tableau is a plus.
