As our Senior Partner Management Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our large partnerships (especially POS partners integrating SumUp payments), being a key player for SumUp's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for your portfolio by building strong long-term relationships, analysing and managing partnership performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on larger partnership initiatives.
What you'll do
Manage end-to-end partnerships lifecycle
Develop, implement and manage partnership roadmaps and other retention and growth programs
Identify growth opportunities to upsell partners on the new SumUp products and expand their market penetration
Build case studies with current partners to showcase integration wins
Drive internal feedback loop with team, leaders, product and engineering teams (feature requests, etc.) and work cross-functionally as needed to prioritise product initiatives
Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team
You'll be great for this position if
You have 5 years of Commercial background with proven experience in business development/ partner management and driving growth of existing business, with a focus on ISVs and API integrations
You have industry knowledge of POS Market and Fintech Experience
You have strong technical acumen and ability to understand and communicate technical product features
You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
You have the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
You are results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
