As we put the merchant at the center of every decision we need a strong leader that constantly advocates and drives a human-centered design approach. You will support squads by applying your craft, delivering on our commitment to design excellence, while also driving the evolution of our processes and guidelines to educate fellow designers on how to best approach problems.

You will facilitate strategic and pragmatic conversations about the product experience, it’s evolution and direction, and ensure that the continuous knowledge building of our merchants and their needs is the foundation for decision making.

You will mentor designers on your team and across the global design community for career development and design excellence.
