Sales Coordinator - on-site

In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative management of the PreSales & Sales team and support in handover to post-sales.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor delivery times for products (POS Pro/Lite, Card Readers, Kiosks), inform the PreSales/Sales France team, and redirect customer support requests as needed
Identify and flag customers requiring special support to the CSM team, ensuring seamless assistance for non-tech-savvy users
Work with the RevOps team to align Salesforce dashboards and reports with the PreSales/Sales team’s needs, ensuring accurate data tracking
Verify that signed-up customers complete the account creation process, ensuring a smooth transition to the CSM team for onboarding.
Manage customer disputes and provide feedback to the PreSales/Sales team to refine pitches and enhance the overall customer experience, including promoting the SumUp Ambassador program.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in a call based environment
Experience using Salesforce a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience working with multiple stakeholders on internal processes (pre-sales and post-sales)
Knowledge of sales processes and order management
