  • Drive the development and maintenance of SumUp's iOS Bank application, ensuring scalability, security, and delivery of an exceptional user experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and backend engineering to define and execute on the product roadmap.

  • Oversee the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for iOS development within Global Bank.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.

  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, advocating for automation, testing, and code quality.

  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure SumUp remains at the forefront of mobile payments innovation.

You will be great for this role if you have:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within an iOS development team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in iOS development and a commitment to continuous learning.
