Senior People Partner - Field Sales

We're searching for a Senior People Partner to support our Field Sales organisation in Europe. This role will play a crucial role in the success of this critical sales channel. You will own and be a strategic business partner to the sales leaders from the talent perspective: developing people processes, coaching leaders, providing input and executing changes in organizational design, leading talent & feedback processes, managing & using data to provide insights, and together with Field Sales leadership team building a high performing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Business Partner: Align people strategies with sales goals, optimize team structures, and drive commercial success.

  • Talent Champion: Shape and implement talent strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development to build a high-performing sales team.

  • Leadership Enabler: Strengthen leadership capabilities by providing coaching and guidance on talent development, employee relations, and change management.

  • Culture Catalyst: Drive employee engagement and foster a high-energy, inclusive team environment to enhance performance and retention.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions and optimize workforce effectiveness.

  • Collaborative Partner: Work cross-functionally with other People teams to ensure a holistic and scalable approach to talent strategy.

  • Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative talent solutions to keep the organization competitive.

You'll be great for this role:

  • Extensive experience as a strategic People Partner in fast-paced, commercial or sales-driven environments.

  • pragmatic mindset, balancing quick, high-impact changes with long-term, scalable solutions.

  • Deep expertise in organizational levers—compensation, team design, and performance management—to drive commercial success.

  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

  • Storytelling ability to shape and communicate a people narrative that engages and inspires.

  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-moving, evolving business landscapes.

  • collaborative approach, working with People teams (Talent, L&D, Compensation) to scale initiatives and maximize impact.
