The Merchant Growth Tribe’s mission is to build an ecosystem of simple yet powerful products for our 1.5m+ merchants around the world which will help them grow their business.
Much more than a simple cash register, Tiller is a truly innovative ecosystem for local entrepreneurs (shops, merchants, restaurants, etc.). On-site orders, online orders, inventory management or even reservations: Tiller offers a suite of tools that are key to the success of merchants!
Tiller is a team of around 100 people in Paris, Milan and Barcelona who are working to go as far as possible and become the European leader in our market. In this perspective of growth, Tiller recently joined SumUp, one of the leaders in FinTech in the European market (Top European FinTechs in 2021 according to Sifted).
We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Business Operations Manager with deep Salesforce and project management experience to help properly integrate all of our POS systems into one!
What you’ll do
Ensure the best internal process and solution across different companies (in different countries) in order to get shared processes and tools with minimal friction.
Merge several CRM, ticketing services, ERP platforms in order to create a unified team and solution.
Project management (70%) including sourcing and implementation, alignment of needs between stakeholders, definition of the project scope, specs and action plans.
Create documentation and training about the project, create reports and follow them closely to review the adoption of the project, and iterate improvements to ensure the project is fully adapted and adopted.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have excellent organisational skills and have managed a massive integration in the past.
You are an expert with using Excel and no-code.
You are a great communicator and can manage several different teams with setting expectations and timelines.
You have experience with operational tools and business systems such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Salesforce, Segment, SAP.
