Team Description
Our team focuses on improving automation and creating self-service solutions for our clients within the BR Operations team. We aim to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience, with a focus on data-driven insights and decisions. We collaborate closely across various teams, including support, logistics, onboarding, product, and AI, and value individuals who thrive in a dynamic, problem-solving environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the development and implementation of self-service solutions for merchants.
Work with the operations team to align self-service options with internal processes and customer experience.
Help to measure and analyze project planning and results.
Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize solutions.
Create and maintain data visualizations for self-service usage, and analyze self-service performance in the SumUp environment..

Nice to Have
Experience with SQL.
Experience in data analytics, particularly with Tableau.
Knowledge of Python.
Familiarity with data transformation and modeling.
An ongoing Degree in business, engineering, or related fields, or currently pursuing studies in exact sciences.
