Our team focuses on improving automation and creating self-service solutions for our clients within the BR Operations team. We aim to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience, with a focus on data-driven insights and decisions. We collaborate closely across various teams, including support, logistics, onboarding, product, and AI, and value individuals who thrive in a dynamic, problem-solving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the development and implementation of self-service solutions for merchants.

  • Work with the operations team to align self-service options with internal processes and customer experience.

  • Help to measure and analyze project planning and results.

  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize solutions.

  • Create and maintain data visualizations for self-service usage, and analyze self-service performance in the SumUp environment..

  • You speak advanced English and can communicate effectively with global teams.

  • You are proficient in Google Sheets and Presentations.

  • You are highly motivated, team-oriented, hands-on, and always looking to learn and improve.

  • You are pragmatic, efficient, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL.

  • Experience in data analytics, particularly with Tableau.

  • Knowledge of Python.

  • Familiarity with data transformation and modeling.

  • An ongoing Degree in business, engineering, or related fields, or currently pursuing studies in exact sciences.
