What You’ll Do:
Deliver business value by building scalable, reliable solutions that millions of users depend on every day,
Participate in code reviews and pair programming to improve code quality and knowledge sharing
Continuously adopt and promote best practices within the team, focusing on high-performance and fault-tolerant distributed systems,
Collaborate with software developers, QAs, DevOps engineers, designers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to design and implement backend services and APIs,
Ensure smooth deployments, continuous integration, and support existing functionalities,
Provide comprehensive documentation and maintain high test coverage,
Actively contribute to tool and technology selection, driving backend-related discussions and decisions.
You’ll Be Great for This Role If:
You have solid backend experience and a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns and application design,
You are experienced in API design (RESTful and event-driven services) and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases,
You have strong skills in problem-solving, coding, debugging and optimizing,
You are familiar with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, etc.,
You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your knowledge,
You are passionate about writing clear, concise, and testable code that can be easily understood and maintained by your team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana,
Familiarity with event streaming platforms and messaging brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ,
Experience in the fintech industry.
