Employer Branding & Early careers - Junior Analyst

Employer Branding & Early Careers Project Analyst IAs part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and driving SumUp’s Employer Branding initiatives and Early Career Programs in Brazil. We’re looking for someone to help us strengthen our brand and attract early-career talent, in alignment with our potential-based hiring strategy. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring we meet our talent acquisition goals while also creating an engaging experience for young talent.

What you’ll do

  • Early Careers Program Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with universities, organizing career fairs, guest lectures, and trainee programs. Manage deadlines, stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful execution of early career initiatives.

  • Social Media Management: Track daily engagement and interactions on Employer Branding's social media platforms, and update metrics regularly to ensure the alignment of social media content with the recruitment strategy for early talent.

  • Event and Internal Communication Support: Assist in executing internal events (All Hands, Townhalls) and external events (university career fairs, tech meetups, etc.), including managing logistics, budgeting, and supplier coordination.

  • Technical Communities Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities (e.g., Golang), organizing events and initiatives that engage technical talent and promote the SumUp brand.

  • Content Creation: Create and manage content (text, graphics, videos) for the social media calendar, ensuring that the content is aligned with the Talent Acquisition team’s strategy and effectively promotes early career opportunities.

  • Event Kits and Material Management: Coordinate the strategy for event gifts, kits, and materials, overseeing budgets, supplier relations, and logistics to support successful events and engagement with early talent.

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal).

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.

  • Proactivity: Ability to anticipate challenges and take action to resolve them before they become issues.
