We're currently searching for a People Development Intern who will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our business. As SumUp Brazil continues on its growth trajectory, the successful candidate will be instrumental in aiding all SumUppers around the globe.
What you'll do:
Learning and Development Support: Help organize and implement learning programs, including coordination, material preparation, and logistics.
Information Management Assistance: Ensure that information management systems are up-to-date and accessible.
Project Management Support: Manage the logistics of payments and contracts with various departments.
Reporting & Analytics: Support tasks related to reporting and analytics, providing insights from data.
Support Communication & Design Strategies: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to boost engagement and knowledge sharing. Assist in maintaining brand identity, support design tasks, and ensure consistency across materials.
You'll be great for this role if:
Educational Background: Undergraduate student from the 2nd semester or scheduled to graduate in approximately 24 months, with no preference for a specific field of study.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and Google Slides (or PowerPoint).
Language Skills: Intermediate level of English; additional language skills are beneficial.
Soft Skills: Proactivity, Teamwork, Responsibility, Creativity, and Learning Agility.
Work Hours: 6 hours per day from 9 AM to 4 PM.
