People Partner Intern

As part of the People team, you’ll support the Legal, GRC, and Finance teams in Brazil, as well as BR Bank and Lending teams, totaling approximately 80 people. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency and proximity to the local and global teams during a time of transition and increased scope within our People function.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first-line people partner support, including reporting and data management on Workday, and communicating follow-ups.

  • Support the planning and execution of the career development cycle, such as scheduling and tracking 360 reviews, team reviews, and IDP completions.

  • Prepare eNPS analysis and recommend focus areas for improvement.

  • Support onboarding processes and facilitate team-building activities.

  • Ensure data governance and system updates (Workday).

  • Act as a point of contact for team members on people-related processes.

  • Organize and execute offsites and training sessions.

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (1st to 3rd year) in Social Studies, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least 1 year left to graduate.

  • You have advanced English proficiency.

  • You have strong organizational skills.

  • You’re data-driven with solid analytical skills.

  • You have strong interpersonal relationship-building capabilities.

  • You’re a self-learner with a curious mindset and a bias toward action.

  • You’re pragmatic, driven, and solutions-oriented.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in HR functions such as HR operations, generalist HR, or Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience in an administrative role or project management.
