We’re looking for a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition - Tech to drive end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Brazil, focusing on our Bank and BR Market tribes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for NonOps technical positions, including Back-end, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Engineering Manager roles.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates to meet hiring targets efficiently.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and structure roles of varying seniority across multiple technical areas.

  • Leverage current sourcing and recruiting trends to improve processes and attract top talent.

  • Implement strategies to build diverse teams and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

  • Manage recruitment projects to optimize processes and support team development.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring efforts with the needs of SumUp’s Bank and BR Market tribes.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally in consultancy or fintech environments.

  • You’re fluent in English and adept at managing high-volume recruitment for technical roles.

  • You bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize recruitment processes.

  • You excel at stakeholder management and communication, navigating ambiguity with ease.

  • You have experience with process improvements and are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high standard for talent density.
