As leader of our Fraud Prevention Operations team, you’ll play a key role in shaping SumUp's reputation for excellence and trust with our merchants. This team prioritizes high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

What you'll do
Lead initiatives to achieve operational efficiency in alerts treatment and chargeback processes;
Drive and mentor the team to seek fraud mitigation and costs reduction in balance with business healthy growth;
Test and implement new solutions to improve our decision making process;
Understand the customer needs to make business-oriented recommendations and guarantee the requirements and implementation of anti fraud measures for current and new products;
Turn fraud operations processes scalable, and metrics are accurately reported.
You’ll be great for this role if you
Have solid experience leading operational teams, preferably within the fraud prevention domain;
Have experience leading leaders;
Have experience with and are passionate about turning data into insights and actions to improve processes and workflows;
Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization;
Have advanced English skills;
Have the availability to work in an office first setup (at least 4x a week at our amazing office in São Paulo);
SQL knowledge is a plus.
