As a Senior Business Analyst, we expect you to bring your expertise to scale our biggest online products: Payment Links and PIX. You will be the ultimate responsible to guarantee our products are running as expected, understand the user needs and pain points to prioritize solutions, and take these products to the next level!

You will be part of the Digital Payments area, a small team with a big mission: accelerate small businesses' transition to digital by offering them the best in class ecosystem for selling online. To fulfill this mission, we are responsible for SumUp’s long-term digital payments strategy and for launching and growing online products and solutions. We already are a relevant growth generator for the business, and we will continue down this path by ensuring our merchants survive and grow in the digital world while doing what they love.
What you’ll do
Foster a continuous learning & improvement process to inform product decisions by qualitative and quantitative insights (e.g. research, market trends and benchmarks)
Conduct experiments to learn what works and deliver real value to our merchants
Drive the strategic direction of your product, making sure value is being delivered to the business and our customers
Influence the evolution of the products by working closely with the global engineering & product teams and other stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, by working closely from concept to delivery with different teams;
Guarantee the daily operations for the products being the reference for digital payments across the company
You’ll be great for this role if
You feel passionate about discovering how to solve users real problems engaging them with a solution that improve their business
You have an experimentation mindset and are not afraid to fail and get your hands dirty
You can structure your work on your own and come up with your own hypotheses
You have 3+ years of professional experience, of which at least 1+ years of experience as Business analyst and/or Product Owner
You are able to deal with hard trade-offs, prioritize solutions and align expectations within different levels of the organization
You know how to manage the deliveries together with global stakeholders from 3+ teams
You are fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be working in a truly global company
