You will be part of our Growth team, responsible for our Reps acquisition. You’ll play a leading role in increasing our Reps base, acquiring not only new Reps to SumUp, but qualified ones with potential to have outstanding performance. We believe this channel has a high potential to drive growth to the company as a whole. Who are our Reps? They are truly our everyday heroes, who are responsible to go from door-to-door selling our card readers to merchants who many times still run their business through cash payment only.
What you’ll do
Be responsible for supporting the management of consultants acquisition. From allocating budget and monitoring optimization, to rolling out improvements and conducting experiments on new initiatives
Support the creation of reports covering detailed performance metrics, such as cost of acquisition, return on investments and conversion rates
Add value by analyzing data and generating insightful conclusions
Engage multiple stakeholders to leverage the results, ranging from internal teams to external stakeholders
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 2+ years of professional experience (bonus if you have experience in Acquisition and Conversion Funnel).
You’re highly motivated, team player, hands-on, focused and striving to learn and improve your skills.
You’re fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global team :)
You have a Growth mindset, you are experiment-driven, used to test and find incremental and disruptive improvements.
You have strong analytical/creative problem-solving skills (bonus points if you have knowledge in SQL and dashboard creation tools).
