People Analytics Analyst III

In this role you will help us to take our people analytics to a new level, ensuring that the information is always accurate and employees receive excellent experience with our data and reports. Improving our HR data and generate relevant information and insights from it to our business will be your mission.
As our People Analytics Analyst III, you will:
Create reports and dashboards with people data;
Define KPIs and support the leadership with data-driven decisions;
Work on integrations with Finance and BI systems;
Design processes that ensure a good employee experience and data quality;
Solve business problems with people data.
You'll be a great fit for this position if:
You love working with people as much as you love data;
You have at least 2 years of experience with Data Analytics. Experience with HR data will be a plus;
You have strong analytical skills and advance knowledge in Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge in Python, R and Data Warehouse tools will be a plus;
You have a successful track record of executing HR tech projects;
You are able to express yourself in English towards employees and external providers;
You are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, where accuracy matters.
