People Development Analyst II

As a high-speed growing company, people development plays an important role in how we plan to succeed in this journey.As part of the People team, you’ll play a important role in driving the Talent´s strategy in Brazil. You will help us to take our people development process to a new level by making it scalable and smart. 

Your main challenges as our new People Development Analyst - LATAM will be:

  • Support in implementation of Talent Development strategies

  • Support in organizational development programs.

  • Designing and implementing relevant KPIs when applicable.

  • Support regular Engagement survey (eNPS) and 360º surveys

  • Manage TD system providers possible solutions.

  • Support in D&I programs.

 You'll be great for this position if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Development.

  • You have great communication skills: ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise, objective and confident way. 

  • You have curiosity and intrinsic interest for Talent Development topics. Keep informed of the market practices, trends and studies.

  • Advanced English, ability to communicate, articulate and understand complex ideas.
