What you’ll do
Setting up accounting procedures of an early stage business
Provide analysis to identify opportunities in inventory management and revenue accounting, and propose improvements in these processes.
Review the accounting routines (banking, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, inter-company balances, fixed assets, accounts payable, and others), prepared by outsourcing supply.
Provide balance sheet reconciliation
In charge of billing process
Review of general ledgers
Prepare ad-hoc reports
External/Internal audit assistance
You’ll be great for this role if
You have a degree in Accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting (IFRS).
You are a fast-learner and self-starter. You'll be working at a Fintech: be prepared to run things outside of your scope and do not expect us to have all the answers you need.
You are data driven, creating advanced spreadsheets and coming up with conclusions/recommendations.
Excel ninja skills is a must. Python and SQL to automate manual tasks and extract data would be greatly appreciated.
You have experience providing information and attending the external/internal auditors.
You are fluent in Spanish and English - you'll be working in a truly global company.
You have a ownership behavior and an unquiet mind, always questioning the “status quo” and getting the team to the next level.
ERP experience required (S4/HANA is a plus).
You have previous experience at a Big4 company is a plus.
