What you’ll do in this position
Prepare and update budget and 3-year financial plan for the company and maintain a clean model with continuous improvements.
Prepare internal reports and monthly presentations for the executive leadership of the company and support their decision-making
Prepare cash-flow forecast for the short and long term.
Support with financial analysis for new products to be launched (pricing strategy definition, sales forecast, contribution margin estimations)
Provide insights and financial context to other teams as Logistics, Marketing and Customer Support to allow data-driven decisions and estimate the impact of their projects/initiatives
Lead process improvement and automation projects working with external providers and other teams within SumUp
Map out growth plans, generate financial rolling forecasts and propose opportunities for the company to grow and improve it’s value proposition
Support with operational tasks inherent to a new growing company

You’ll be great for this position if you
Have 4+ years experience in Management Consulting, Performance Management, Finance
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Are able to crunch numbers in a fast paced environment and obtain valuable insights from large arrays of data
Are an Excel ninja and have previously built complex models
Are data-driven and an effective critical thinker
Are fluent in Spanish and English; SumUp is a truly global company and we work with people from all around the world

Are pragmatic, proactive, hands on, and people oriented
